This might seem like a given, but believe me it is not as easy as it sounds. You are looking for someone who wants to help you find exactly what you are looking for. You need them to seem as if they can read your mind or you will waste a lot of time searching with few results. Make Connections
It never hurts to have a few people on your side. This is pretty much a given in any industry. With real estate you want to kind of develop your own little good ole boys club. It can do wonders for getting things done.
